R2139:9ad30644485b: Switch nautilus-python to python3
Summary

As of v1.2.0 the nautilus-python bindings can be built with either python3 or python2 support.
Per task T8207 to retire python2, switch to python3 is the way to go.

  • Rebuild font-manager against this package.
  • Run nautilus-folder-icons and change some folder icons.
