R3712:05089bcfe1cf: Update python3-ipython to 6.2.1

Summary

IPython 6.2.1 ships with two minor fixes leading to no completions when using Jedi 0.11+, and a crash on some Linux system with virtualenv.

Test Plan

Tested with Spyder3. Also use this as my daily Python interpreter.

Sorry @JoshStrobl, wasn't very descriptive was it? I use this as my daily python interpreter, so as a calculator, symbolic maths, running scripts, etc.; as well as it being an integral part of Spyder3 (D1008).

Can you please make sure this is rebased off our git repo, for some reason it's failing to apply:

the commit is nowhere in the working copy. Try to apply it against the
