I don't understand how to determine which version of cargo is the latest stable release.
But again rust & cargo must be updated for the latest Firefox, so like previous time I take the latest available release of cargo.

The script @http://doc.crates.io/guide.html downloads the stable version of cargo which is 0.22, so I think you're good here.
