Test Plan

Started the pipewire and pipewire-pulse services, played a Matroska audio file with mpv, compiled and ran a PipeWire .mp3 file playback program with success.

If any of you have a Bluetooth headset (or audio device in general) that supports aptX or LDAC I'll be happy to hear your validation, as I'm broke af.
