Switch from libmodplug to libopenmpt for supoprt of MOD files. The reasons for preferring libopenmpt are detailed in T9550.
Depends on D10908.

Update ABI files after a rebuild. Not sure why yabi moved cdtext_get symbol to libcue on first build, but it returns to libcdio after a rebuild.
