Summary

Update nvidia-390-glx-driver to 390.143 and rework descriptions

Changes:

Fixed a bug where vkCreateSwapchain could cause the X Server to crash when an invalid imageFormat was provided
Fixed a driver installation failure on Linux kernel 5.11 release candidates

Packaging change: Restructure the descriptions the same way as for the nvidia-glx-driver packages. Make it clear which one is the LTS driver in the description too.

Test Plan

Rebooted, launched Steam and played the free game "Floating Point"
