  • Add the the OpenCV Contrib extra modules (that includes the Face Recognition module).
  • Enable Vulkan backend for DNN.
  • Enable libgphoto2.
  • Add OpenBLAS for BLAS/LAPACK backend.
  • Support for Protobuf.
  • Change Jasper to OpenJPEG.

Depends on D10550.

If we don't need python2 stuff we can disable it with -DBUILD_opencv_python2=OFF
