Summary

Changes and fixes:

  • Add X references as PostScript comments for index treatment
  • Fix too much width of part indications
  • Fix bad SVG when option '-z' and tunes with many music lines
Test Plan
  • Converted a sample abc text file to PostScript, opened the new file: the music score is well formed
