R402:08d5e6ad02e4: Update audacious-plugins to 4.1

Summary

Packaging changes:

Removed support for SDL2 and QtMultimedia audio outputs. Both these backends are meant to be used on platforms where Audacious doesn't support native audio output, and on Linux we have Pulseaudio, ALSA and OSS backends.

Depends on D10519.

Test Plan

Played back FLAC, MP3, Opus and MOD files.
