Summary

Update to 0.12.0

Changelog:

Add --all-failed flag for restart to restart all tasks that didn't finish with a Success status
Add new config option client.dark_mode to switch to dark colors instead of regular colors
Rename the option --path to --edit-path on the restart subcommand
Rename the short flag for --start-immediately on the restart subcommand to -k

Test Plan

Started the daemon using the systemd service file. Then added some commands and checked their status successfully.
