Update nvidia-developer-driver to 455.50.04

Changes:

  • Adds VK_KHR_workgroup_memory_explicit_layout extension
  • Adds VK_KHR_zero_initialize_workgroup_memory extension
  • Fixed a bug in a stencil-buffer optimization that could occasionally result in VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST
Test Plan

Rebooted, launched Steam and played the free Proton game "b"
