Summary

Removes the patch preventing GNOME Settings from showing fingerprint enrollment options, ticking the final GNOME integration box in T7929.

Have you validated that this does not break that section when used in conjunction with lightdm + slick-greeter under Budgie, given GNOME Control Center is used on Budgie and that schema is specific to GDM. Their check looks like it should but I'd like extra validation.
