Update scrcpy to 1.17
Changes:
- Fix errors on Android 11
- Add --encoder option
- Add --forward-all-clicks option
- Add --legacy-paste option
- Workaround screen off/on issue on exit
- Terminate server properly without killing it on close
- List available shortcut keys on error
Packaging change: Remove openjdk because it's not required for the client build; add prebuilt server to the sources instead of uploading it to phab
