R4467:28154177f4d7: ecwolf: update hash and cleanup package

Summary

Packaging changes:

Update hashsum of the tarball.
Install all needed files manually, as usage of CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX with %ninja_install% macro creates unnecessary bin/ subdirectory.
Add BSD-3-Clause license, because code derived from ZDoom is distributed under this license; the original code from id Software is still licensed under GPL 2.0.

Test Plan

Run Wolfenstein 3D demo with ECWolf.
