Per dropping python2 support for pyflakes tests will no longer work for python-pycurl

Test Plan

Install and remove applications.
Update and rebuild packages.
Use our building scripts: /usr/share/ypkg/yupdate.py and ../common/Scripts/yauto.py

This should not have landed. Dropping python 2 support in pyflakes wouldn't have been acceptable, I would have wanted the tests to ensure eopkg wouldn't break on python-pycurl changes.
