Summary

Update simplescreenrecorder to latest upstream release

Changelog:

Added V4L2 support (most webcams and capture cards).
Added option to mark recorded area on screen during recording.
Added JACK metadata.
Optionally support XDG config directory (~/.config/simplescreenrecorder) instead of home directory (~/.ssr).
Bugfixes.

Record a video of desktop with audio from microphone

package.yml
20	`libv4l2` is a new compilation dependency required in this version (specifically because of this commit).

Changelog is short enough that it can be summarized
