R4976:3144ae2e8e41: update broot to v1.1.10
Summary

Changelog:

  • broot now accepts both TOML and Hjson files for configuration. Default is Hjson. Info on this change available here.
Test Plan
  • install br function
  • run br in multiple directories
  • open files using the explorer
  • search for files using the explorer
  • navigat directories using the explorer
